Marie & Rafa’s Livermore Community Center wedding was a big family reunion and an even bigger party — with live music, great food, lots of dancing and much celebration.

Marie & Rafa are old friends, and it was an honor to document their day. The put a lot of hard work and personality into their wedding, and it showed.

Their wedding day was graced with beautiful sunny California weather, and their guests’ moods matched. Everywhere we looked people were enjoying themselves, gathering around the three well-stocked bars: a candy bar, a booze bar and even a late-night taco bar. The dance floor stayed full all night, with musical help from a mariachi band, a Cumbia band and a DJ. Color-coordinated decorations helped provide a unified look to the large space.

After the wedding, Marie suggested we do another photo shoot with Rafa’s classic Mustang, an idea I was wholeheartedly in favor of. Some of those photos are in the gallery below, along with all my favorite shots from their Livermore Community Center wedding.
