Fortune favored us on the day of Laura & Sam’s Hotel De Anza San Jose wedding: Despite weather that included brief torrential downpours and even a vigorous hailstorm, we had enough breaks in the weather to venture outside under blue skies and access the roof after sunset.

It helps that you don’t have to go far from the De Anza Hotel to find an amazing backdrop for a photo. The image at the top of this blog post was taken right after the ceremony (and not long after that hail storm), and all we had to do was walk across the street.

Not that we were worried about rain, because one nice thing about a Hotel De Anza San Jose wedding is that the inside of the venue looks amazing too. The photo below was taken in the Hedley Club Lounge, just steps away from the ceremony site on the Palm Court Terrace.

All in all, Laura & Sam’s wedding day was relaxed and fun, heartwarming and entertaining. A wonderful group of people in a beautiful setting celebrating together. Check out the rest of my favorite photos in the gallery below.
